We are a members only private club and all detectorists operate to a high standard - holes will be filled in, gates closed and detectorists stay where they are told that they may detect.

 

We have been going for over 9 years and are well established. We support charities throughout the year too. We pride ourselves on respecting the land, live stock and nature. We are fully insured and registered. We are always looking for new land to hold our events on in Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey area. We are especially interested in land that has not been detected before or that has an interesting history.

We pay up £750 (in cash) per visit to you. the land owners. The number of people on a visit will depend on the amount of land available.

We follow the Treasure act (see https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1996/24/contents). All artifacts, and treasure will be recorded via portable antiques scheme and any valued over £1000 shared 50/50 between the finder and the landowner - so if one of our members gets lucky, so do you.

Ploughed fields and pasture are great for us as long as pasture is reasonable short and ploughed land doesn't have green waste on it.

We are taking on new farms now, and we can provide excellent local references - farmers often want us back.
